The session is open to anyone over the age of 16 years and we welcome complete beginners through to ex gymnasts to keep up their fitness levels and develop their gymnastics skills.

 

Classes begin with an endurance warm up and comprehensive stretch, after which participants are able to work on skills they would like to develop with highly qualified coach assistance.

​

If attending the class, you must book and in advance.  All attendees must have a minimum of Bronze level SG/BG Membership.
