These classes are designed for school aged children who have little or no gymnastics experience. This is the entry level class for gymnasts who are new to gymnastics and leads onto the other levels within the club.

During our Level 8 recreational classes children will learn the basics of gymnastics including floor skills, vaulting, strength, core and flexibility work whilst having fun and developing friendships and skills in a safe, friendly environment.

These classes work towards the Saltire Team Gymnastics Level 8 Award Scheme and will have the opportunity to take part in the annual Club Championships.

Level 8 classes take place throughout the week at Saltire's facility by Meadowmill Sports Centre. The classes are 1 hour long and run over 48 weeks of the year, costing £34 per month.
