During our Level 7 recreational classes, gymnasts will improve their basic gymnastics skills including work on floor skills, vaulting, strength, core and flexibility work whilst having fun and developing friendships and skills in a safe, friendly environment.

These classes work towards the Saltire Team Gymnastics Level 7 Award Scheme and will have the opportunity to take part in the annual club championships.

Level 7 classes take place throughout the week at Saltire's facility by Meadowmill Sports Centre. The classes are 1.5 hour long and run over 48 weeks of the year, costing £49.50 per month if gymnasts attend 1 class per week.
